PANews October 20 news, according to Zhitong Finance reporting, Tianyancha App shows that Huizhou Guanfu Embodied Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Hao Baoyu as the legal representative, registered capital of RMB 20 million, and business scope including artificial intelligence application software development, intelligent robot R&D, artificial intelligence basic software development, data processing and storage support services, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Tongzai Embodied Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., which is in turn wholly owned by Shenzhen UBTECH Robotics Corp., Ltd., and UBTECH is a Hong Kong-listed company.
