IMF Warns: U.S. Economic Growth Cannot Quickly Resolve Debt and Deficit Problems

PANews October 14 news: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) stated that U.S. economic growth is not sufficient to quickly resolve the expanding government debt and fiscal deficit problems, and the United States needs to take other measures to improve its fiscal position. The institution believes that although higher economic growth can help improve debt burden indicators, relying solely on growth may not be enough to offset the pressure brought by high deficits, high interest expenses, and the increasing scale of debt.
