PANews reported on October 4 that Spot On Chain analysis pointed out that the losses from the vault attack on the Base chain have expanded to approximately US$6 million (approximately 1,783 wstETH). The attacker borrows aBaswstETH from the vault and transfers it to the attacker contract by adding the new contract to the vault whitelist. The attacker's address is 0x0B5126...B034. The current systemic risk is limited, but you need to be alert to the short-term pressure that the attacker's dumping of wstETH may cause on the pegged price of the liquid pledged token (LST).
