Analyst: Nonfarm payrolls report unexpectedly positive for stock market

Odaily Planet Daily News Todd Schoenberger, chief investment officer of CrossCheck Management, said that including revised data, non-farm employment growth fell, and this report was unexpectedly positive for the stock market. Average hourly earnings growth fell slightly, helping to ease inflationary pressures, although the relief is likely to be short-term. While ordinary Americans do have reason to worry about job growth, stocks are cheering the data today. (Golden Ten)
