Odaily Planet Daily reported that the latest positions of Leopold Aschenbrenner, the "AI stock god" and former researcher at OpenAI, show that his investment portfolio is highly concentrated in AI infrastructure, semiconductors and computing power-related assets. Among them, SanDisk (SNDK) and Micron (MU) have the largest long positions, accounting for 28% and 27.5% respectively. Other top holdings include Bloom Energy (BE, 9.4%), Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSM, 6.2%), and Nebius (NBIS, 6.1%). In addition, it also holds AI data center, chip and energy infrastructure related companies such as CoreWeave (CRWV), Core Scientific (CORZ), Applied Digital (APLD), Riot Platforms (RIOT), and IREN.

In terms of options trading, Aschenbrenner recently added approximately $315 million in premium call option positions, involving AMD, Bloom Energy, CoreWeave, SK Hynix, SanDisk, Intel and Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) and other targets. At the same time, all its previous put option hedging positions against Nvidia, AMD, Micron, TSMC, ASML and other semiconductor companies have been exited. Additionally, its private equity portfolio includes Anthropic (approximately $5 billion), Fluidstack ($830 million), Source Foundry ($500 million), MatX ($500 million), and Physical Intelligence ($1 billion).

Disclosure information shows that the above-mentioned positions mainly come from 13F filings in the second quarter of 2026 and recent options trading data. Related information shows that Leopold Aschenbrenner has currently canceled its semiconductor sector hedges and re-increased bullish bets on memory chips and AI computing infrastructure companies.
