Bitget announces withdrawal recovery plan, opening withdrawals in various currencies in stages from September 28 to October 2

PANews reported on September 26 that Bitget said it had confirmed and fixed the vulnerabilities related to the security incident that occurred on September 24. User account balances were not affected, and the platform protection fund will bear the financial impact of this platform-level incident. The current withdrawal of currency is temporarily suspended for safety reasons and has nothing to do with the availability of user assets. Transactions and recharges are normal. Bitget plans to resume currency withdrawals in stages: BTC withdrawals will be opened at 8:00 (UTC) on September 28th; ETH (including BSC, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism) withdrawals will be opened at 8:00 on September 29th; September 30th USDT (Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Tron) will be opened at 8:00; other tokens, fiat currencies and P2P withdrawals will resume from 8:00 on October 2. During this period, infrastructure verification and auditing will continue to be carried out by internal and external security teams.
