Jumper plans to spin off LI.FI to operate independently and will complete its first financing through JUMP tokens

PANews reported on September 25 that according to Cointelegraph, Jumper announced plans to conduct the first JUMP token sale through Legion and spin off from LI.FI to become an independent company. In the future, it will expand from cross-chain aggregation to on-chain financial super applications, covering spot trading, cross-chain, perpetual contracts, tokenized stocks and other RWA and income products. Its perpetual contract product Jumper Perps is expected to be launched in the next few weeks.

It is reported that this Legion token sale will be Jumper’s first financing, and the proceeds will be used for product development, user acquisition and market expansion; JUMP tokens are planned to be issued separately after the financing is completed, and the company will not conduct equity financing simultaneously.
