II, with approximately 473 million XRP and $300 million in total cash proceeds entering the public market, and the company is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN starting next Monday. Evernorth's 8-K filing with the U.S. SEC shows that the merger was completed on October 9 Eastern Time.
