Michael Saylor disclosed capital structure data: MSTR dollar duration 3.5 years, repurchased another $192 million of STRC.

PANews October 12 news: Strategy founder Michael Saylor posted on the X platform stating that recently it repurchased another $192 million worth of STRC (STRC is a dollar-denominated income-type preferred stock issued by Strategy). Based on the current BTC price of $82,252, Strategy's MSTR USD Duration is 3.5 years; assuming a BTC annualized return rate (BTC ARR) of 10% and BTC volatility of 40%, the BTC credit spread (BTC Credit) corresponding to STRC is 52 basis points. As of October 11, 2026, Strategy holds a total of 848,250 BTC, while also holding $5.5 billion in dollar assets.
