The company completed a $300 million funding round in May this year at a valuation of about $4 billion. Previously, according to Bloomberg, Anthropic conducted due diligence on acquiring Decart for about $6 billion but ultimately abandoned the deal. The relevant negotiations have not yet reached a final agreement.
